Hi, I'm Dr. Jen Case.
I'm a PhD in Human Nutrition & Performance, a Board-Certified Sports Dietitian, a Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I've spent decades studying how the female body responds to training, nutrition, and hormonal shifts at every stage of life.
I'm also 44, a 15x IBJJF Masters World Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and navigating perimenopause myself — while still competing at the highest level.
I don't just know the science. I live it on the mat every single week.
